I am looking for the best designer in the world. Design quality and style will be the number one item I will be considering when choosing someone for this position.

For the right person we can provide ongoing work and interesting projects.

I need you to be available on Skype and MSN and I will need a mobile number, so I can text you if anything really urgent happens.

The only thing I will be considering is quality, so if you could please send your portfolio of 4 or 5 latest websites you have created and your payment expectations for each project.

What we will require for each project is 2 or 3 mockups in jpg and final HTML when the client makes a decision (we also need source files PSD, FLA and fonts). I pay all freelancers at the end of the month, through International Bank Transfer, Pay Pal or Scriptlance.
