This is not an on-site position.

I am looking for web developers who can handle miscelleneous work on project/hourly basis (Rs/hr) from his/her own place.

Most of the work will be well defined to help you quote project rates. Yer I want hourly rates too. Having a web development background, I can roughly estimate the time required for a perticular task. Your hourly rates will help me decide project cost beforehand. If you charge different hourly rates for different skillsets, please specify them accordingly.

Cost is very important as I am on low budget. And I do not like spending time in negotiations. Please consider that.





Currently required skills are shown below. If you have ANY (if not all) of these skills, you may respond.

PROGRAMMING: HTML, PHP, javaScript, javascript frameworks(Y!UI, Dejongo etc.) , CSS, Classic ASP and COM. ActionScript, Flex, installation of third party scripts and customizations

DESIGN: layout designs (photoshop, fireworks etc.), CSS layouts, Flash (banner, demo etc.), other flash related technologies

I would like to see the live sites and sample works mainly. Please provide contact information by different means (messengers, emails, phone no.). Resumes, References, experience and education details may help but not required.




Note:

1. Currently I am working on a classical ASP/COM project, conversion of a paypal integration to google "buy now" buttons, paypal to secpay, minor modifications in website like changing hover and menu places etc. I may use some help right away as test projects. On the other hand, I may take upto two months to finalize.

2. I will choose more than one person.

Again, cost is an imprtant consideration.
